Meet Lucienne Ide, Chief Executive Officer.
Tell me about yourself.
I am a bit of an ambidextrous enigma: I write left-handed, cut right-handed, and play tennis or baseball equally poorly with both hands. My unconventional approach extends beyond just sports, reflecting my passion for solving complex problems and challenging the status quo. From my days as a doctor to my role as a startup founder, I have always been driven by a desire to improve the healthcare industry from the inside out.
What do you like most about the work we do here?
What excites me most about our work at Rimidi is our potential to reshape the healthcare industry. We are not just making incremental improvements; we are fundamentally changing how healthcare operates. From enhancing interoperability to refining care delivery and innovating payment models, the team is tackling some of the biggest challenges in healthcare today.

Every day, I am inspired by our team's relentless drive to ask questions, seek answers, and push boundaries in the pursuit of better healthcare outcomes. In a few details, what is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is transforming client needs into tangible products and witnessing the significant improvements we bring to care delivery. It is incredibly rewarding to see our solutions making a real difference in the lives of patients and providers alike. Being able to directly contribute to enhancing healthcare delivery systems and seeing the positive outcomes of our efforts is profoundly fulfilling.
