Meet Logan Crumbley, Program Manager
What are some fun facts about yourself?
I'm happily married to an amazing woman, and we've got two cute fur babies. My weekends are all about eating out, going on hikes, and enjoying the sun – quality bonding time with my awesome family. Besides that, I'm into anything fast-paced, whether it's riding motorcycles, snowboarding, or mountain biking. Exploring the world through these activities brings me joy and fulfillment.
What do you like most about the work we do here?
I appreciate that our company is dedicated to assisting both patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs). These professionals work tirelessly to offer care to numerous individuals. At Rimidi, we support them by streamlining their workflow, offering tools to identify high-risk patients before issues arise. The software is remarkable, and I take great pride in being part of this organization.
What do you like about our company culture?
I value the company's commitment to fostering connections among employees beyond the typical work hours. It's great that we have so many opportunities to engage with each other, building a sense of community and camaraderie. These interactions outside the regular workday contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. It not only strengthens our professional relationships but also enhances the overall work experience.
In a few details, what is your favorite part of your job?
Working closely with various teams at Rimidi is something I truly enjoy. It allows me to understand and empathize with the challenges and triumphs across different facets of the company. Contributing to helping others see problems from a different perspective is a rewarding aspect of my role. It fosters a collaborative environment where diverse insights contribute to our collective success.

This environment encourages everyone to contribute and learn. Seeing this work ethic motivates me to bring my best and fosters unity in pursuing common goals. I’m inspired to challenge myself at work, seeking ways to enhance both my workflow and contribute to the improvement of the product.
