Tell me about yourself
I am obsessed with technology. Even in my personal time I develop applications and websites for fun. Beyond work, I am an avid sports and E-games fan, I enjoy playing soccer, watching Atlanta United games, and playing EA FIFA.
What do you like most about Rimidi's company culture?
I genuinely enjoy how Rimidi's culture embraces continuous learning. Whether it's staying current with healthcare regulations, exploring new technologies, or understanding evolving clinical workflows, there's always support for professional development. This matters a lot in healthcare technology where things change rapidly.
Regarding the team, everyone here is helpful and willing to lend a hand no matter the situation. From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed and encouraged to share my thoughts on anything going on whether it's at the engineering level or company level. I truly value how Rimidi's culture embraces diverse perspectives.
In a few details, what is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy the autonomy I have at Rimidi. I am able to work independently and develop solutions for my work without much interference. I believe this stems from the trust between Rimidi and its employees, as they know the team genuinely cares about what we do as a company.
What motivates you?
I'm a deeply family-oriented person—my family is my main motivation, and I take pride in providing for and caring for them. On the technical side, I'm driven to be the best engineer I can be, no matter the challenge. I'm also inspired by our mission to improve healthcare through technology. More specifically, working on infrastructure that supports remote patient monitoring motivates me because I know my technical skills are contributing to something meaningful—helping patients manage chronic conditions more effectively and potentially improving their quality of life.
