Meet George Joseph, Software Engineer.
Tell me about yourself
I work on the Engineering team at Rimidi as a Software Engineer, focusing on building scalable, maintainable features. I thrive on the challenge of creating robust solutions that enhance user experience and integrate seamlessly into our platform. Collaborating with a talented team dedicated to excellence and innovation makes my work incredibly rewarding.
What do you like most about the work we do here?
We’re always rapidly growing, which means there's something exciting to do every single day. Each day feels like a new opportunity to learn and implement something fresh. Our impact on RPM is significant, and it’s incredibly satisfying to experience a short feedback loop—seeing an idea go from conception to live production use by thousands of users in a short time.
What do you like about our company culture?
Our company culture is geared toward maximizing the use of available tools to do the best job possible. We build quickly, learn what works and what doesn’t, and pivot accordingly. This aligns perfectly with my natural way of thinking, making it a great fit for me.
Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?
The variety of work I get to do at Rimidi is unparalleled. I believe people should explore different roles early in their careers to discover what truly resonates with them. Some days, I'm building ETL pipelines to securely move large amounts of data; other days, I'm creating intuitive UIs to help clinicians make better decisions. Sometimes, I'm optimizing database performance or architecting micro-services. This constant variety keeps me on my toes, and I thoroughly enjoy it.

Diversity is a company value that I resonate with strongly. At Rimidi Engineering, everyone’s input is valued, and we all work together to solve challenging problems for our clients.
What motivates you?
I've always been impact-driven, and at Rimidi, I get to use my skills to build resilient software systems that extract, transform, and load information from top healthcare systems in the US. Seeing the impact of my work enables me to make bolder engineering decisions, further enhancing my personal satisfaction.
What is your favorite part of working at our company?
The Engineering team at Rimidi is a small, tightly knit, well-oiled machine with impeccable communication and grit, fostering a great work culture.
