"We believe that enabling clinicians with more robust data that includes pertinent data from the EHR and patient-generated data from connected devices will improve patient outcomes," said Josh Claman, CEO of Rimidi. "Importantly, this data needs to be actionable and integrated to the existing clinical workflow."
Rimidi is a cloud-based software platform that enables personalized management of chronic cardiometabolic conditions across populations, with specific views for diabetes, heart failure, fatty liver, cardiovascular disease and obesity. Created by doctors, Rimidi avoids the disconnect in connected care by combining patient-generated health data with EHR systems to drive patient-specific clinical insights and actions. The net effect is a better health system with optimized clinical workflows that enable better decisions, better relationships, better outcomes and ultimately a better healthcare system.
